3D Nautical Wood Chart Map: Huntington Beach Bathymetric Art

Huntington Beach, California is known for its long 9.5-mile stretch of sandy beach, mild climate, excellent surfing, and beach culture. The ocean waves are enhanced by a natural effect caused by the edge-diffraction of open ocean swells around the island of Catalina. Swells generated predominantly from the North Pacific in winter and from a combination of Southern Hemisphere storms and hurricanes in the summer focus on Huntington Beach creating consistent surf all year long, thus the nickname "Surf City". Whether you live on or near the beach or you simply enjoy visiting, this topographic map of Huntington Beach makes great home décor and a perfect gift for boat owners.

3D Huntington Beach Nautical Wood Map

Our Huntington Beach topographic map accurately depicts the shoreline and bottom contours of Huntington Beach. They are carved in Baltic Birch wood, framed with solid wood, and are crystal-clear acrylic covered. Intricate detail is both carved and laser etched into the artwork to create realistic and attractive maps that show precise shorelines, depths, landmarks and lettering. Our own finishing techniques bring out the Baltic Birch’s natural grain.

5 of 5 Better than I expected November 30, 2020

I honestly thought it might have a slight "children's wooden puzzle" look to it,  but it's beautiful.  It's got a nice shine and with the glass and frame it's a really nice touch.
